FurEver Pampered is a UK small to medium dog grooming business based in Middlewich, Cheshire run by Charlotte who is a Level 3 qualified dog groomer. Her aim is to provide a stress-free and personalised service for you and your fur baby.

From experience with her own dogs – “Ted” who is a Terrier- Shih Tzu cross and “Rocco” who is a miniature Dachshund, she knows now stressful a pamper can be for you both.

Charlotte has invested in a fully equipped and state of the art grooming space which we refer to as “Penfold” - fully insulated and fitted out with commercial grade stainless steel throughout and has heating and air conditioning to make everybody happy.

At present she offers her services from a fixed location with a view towards expanding to cover mobile customers should demand arise and where “Penfold” can be safely accommodated.

I have been a Middlewich resident for the last 15 years and I am pleased to announce my new dog grooming Spa - Furever Pampered in Middlewich - just on the edge of town.

I have been an animal lover and pet parent most of my life. We grew up around horses and my Mother bred miniature schnauzers, and Persian kittens, so I was always either mucking out horses, showing dogs/cats & caring for animals.

I have 2 dogs from Spain and two rescue cats currently - they keep me on my toes!

I love their individual little quirks, characters and unconditional love.

I have worked as a volunteer at a riding school / animal sanctuary in Spain during the summer months Grooming and mucking out / feeding etc.

I loved every minute even though it was ridiculously hot.

When I started to get my boys groomed, I felt curious about the process, and I wondered what goes on behind the scenes?

When I dropped them off,  I was normally greeted at the garden gate. Then upon collection I was greeted on the driveway and the groomer seemed in a rush and not very talkative. I never did see the salon and I’ve no idea why my pup was terrified of the groomers after that ;-(

I totally understand that dogs can find it stressful - sometimes the relationship between dog and groomer can take time to build on - little introductions along with playtime can be helpful and assisted with odd treat reward of course!

I sometimes use pheromone diffusers to create a calming environment and reassure them.

I only have one dog in the salon at a time.

Although I came to the grooming table later on in life, I have got valuable customer service experience from my previous employment over the years.

My aim personallly is to provide:

• To communicate with my Customers and discuss needs and preferences.

• To keep your dog clean, tidy and matt free.

• Toreturn them safely, smelling gorgeous and most importantly pampered and relaxed.

All full grooms get a complimentary deep condition and de-tangle with Wahl dog calming camomile and lavender conditioner (which smells divine!).
